The church of Cacao in French Guyana

Posted by Kerstin and Herve (Paris, France) on 17 December 2007 in Architecture.

We have a lot of pictures of our travel in Guyana. We wandered here during about 18 days and took about 100 pictures a day.
It gives a lot of work to chose which are good to be shown, which will be printed and to decide to delete the others.

This church can be found after around 60 km road inside the jungle. This place is populated by Chinese people (Mhongs) who are cultivators and achieve to cultivate vegetables and fruits in the middle of jungle.
