Weak bank

I swore I would stop with pissenlits, not with trees and flowers ! This is a place where I'd reather stay during the whole days of work, these days !

PS. : Maybe my title does not mean what I first thought it would mean. A weak bank is said to be "one whose liquidity or solvency is or will be impaired unless there is a major improvement in its financial resources, risk profile, strategic business direction, risk management capabilities and/or quality of management" on the BIS website.
I prefer to think that the title was chosen because of some mystical and metaphoric inspiration.
