The footbridge.

This footbridge is one of the big projects of the current Paris Mayor. the building you see in the background are 2 of the 4 towers of Bibliothèque François Mitterrand. A big floating pool is constructed in the area, and the both objects are supposed to improve the economy of the area.
Peoples must be crasy to construct pools in a river !
