12 years ago, a house was built near a charming torrent. The owner of the house was a new coming relative of the mayor of the place. Old people of the village told the man and the mayor : you should not buid the house here, because sooner or later, the torrent will destroy it. The house was just finished when the torrent got angry and almost swallowed it.
That was the reason why it was forbidden to build houses in this area until the friendly mayor decided to help his friend.
Now the mayor decided to dig the torrent and to build huge dikes everywhere around the house.
The torrent is dead now. This was a very beautiful and peaceful place in the past. Now it is a permanent building site.
If you walk alongside the dead torrent, you can find this beautiful waterfall, the remain of the former waterway. H.
